Use this recipe to kick start your liver cleanse. The ladies that are part of my Mommylicious Challenge have used this recipe for the 5-Day Liver Cleanse.

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 asparagus stalks
  • 1/2 lemon

Move juice to blender and add:

  • handful of cilantro
  • handful of spinach
  • handful of kale
  • 2 green swiss chard stalks
