I’ve been doing your Full-Body-Licious workout for the past 3 weeks. I already see results! Is it OK to workout 5 days in a row? I know you suggest Thursday and Sunday off, but my schedule is such that it’s easier for me to workout Monday – Friday. Please let me know. Thanks and God bless! yes, that would be perfectly fine! As long as you do the work, it doesn’t really matter when you do it 🙂
