I read your email where you were asking for some feedback as far as what we wanted to see more of ect. I’ve been working really hard this year and see big differences in my legs and my arms. Would love to see more ways to work buttocks and abs be that mine look like they belong on a different body when looking at my legs and arms! :o) I know there is not any one way to do “focus” training but think I have plateaued on these areas.

First of all, I’d like to say I love what you do!!!! You’re my number one inspiration! I love your new videos that pushes me to work hard everyday, but I’d love to see some more videos of chest workout. I’ve been working on my chest for so long and I’ve noticed little changes, but would love bigger changes! 🙂

Your videos are always so inspiring -I have one question though- I am now 55 and I was wondering whether there are some specific exercises that you would recommend especially to get rid of this horrible belly fat and also whether it is safe at this age to do some of the exercises that you are doing especially with the weights.

It is definitely still beneficial to use weights at your age as long as you always implement good form. Proper nutrition along with full body circuit workouts will be great to get rid of your belly fat.
