No matter what you eat, the best way to lose weight and stay fit is considered to be workout. Women are advised to have a stricter workout regime as they tend to stay away from everyday physical activities as compared to men. Working women often find it difficult to take out time from their busy schedules for a simple workout and often fall prey to such misguiding fads. Here are some easy to follow exercises for women for a healthy weight loss.

  1. Cycling

One of the best ways to burn them calories is to let it out on a bicycle. A daily ride in the fresh countryside not just helps you shed those extra pounds but also provides that moment with nature. However, some women prefer doing it at home with the help of an exercise bike while watching the TV or listening to your favorite music.

Dancing is certainly one of the most widespread forms of physical workout and has evolved into a highly popular performing art. Dancing targets your entire body and tones most muscles in the body and is fun without question. Dancing can help you lose more than 600-800 calories per hour and is also shown to relieve stress. Why isn’t weight training number one on this list? Haha. I thought that a weight training workout regime (with some HIIT cardio included) was more efficient at torching calories than an hour of cardio such as step aerobics or dancing?
But then again, if I incorporated HIIT into any of the five workouts mentioned above, would that make them effective? Or, are they effective if I do them briskly for an hour?
    Thanks! 🙂

You’re right, weight training is the most important and resistance training is the way to truly change the shape of your body. With that being said, the above workouts are great as cardio/calorie burners. Along with weight training at least 2 – 3 times per week either of these cardio workouts are great to slim down and burn some calories.
      All the best!
