No matter what you eat, the best way to lose weight and stay fit is considered to be workout. However, some women prefer doing it at home with the help of an exercise bike while watching the TV or listening to your favorite music.

Why isn’t weight training number one on this list? Haha. I thought that a weight training workout regime (with some HIIT cardio included) was more efficient at torching calories than an hour of cardio such as step aerobics or dancing?
But then again, if I incorporated HIIT into any of the five workouts mentioned above, would that make them effective? Or, are they effective if I do them briskly for an hour?
Thanks! 🙂
You’re right, weight training is the most important and resistance training is the way to truly change the shape of your body. With that being said, the above workouts are great as cardio/calorie burners. Along with weight training at least 2 – 3 times per week either of these cardio workouts are great to slim down and burn some calories.
All the best!
