Pop is basically sugar water with no nutritional value which increases your risk for diabetes and fat gain.

Bad Ingredients

On the other hand, there is not just sugar in pop, there are a few other ingredients and these ingredients are not good for you! These artificial colors, flavours, acids and chemicals will not only cause weight gain, it has been known to cause cancer and contribute to many common sickness and diseases such as arthritis, memory loss, behavioral problems, cavities..etc.

My suggestion is to avoid it and DO NOT give it to your children.
