    I didn’t know exactly where to post this question….but….these workouts are great and I love getting the emails and love to engage with the workouts as best as possible. My issue is being overwhelmed with where to start. I usually work out 3x a week. On a good week 4-5. I mix it up by running, yoga, pilates and minimal weights. I want to change it up and see more results but I don’t even know where to start with these workouts. I purchased curvalicious but I can’t do all of those workouts at home. I live far from my gym so most of my workouts during the week are done at home. Any suggestions of where to start. I will hope on this website and look through the at-home workouts but, again, feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start. I tend to get in a rut.

      Hi Dana,
      You can do all of Flavia’s workouts from the comfort of your own home. Make sure you are watching the at home versions. It is perfectly fine to start with only working out 3 days a week then work your way up. Also, you can start out doing just one set of each exercise rather than three. Just take it one day and one workout at a time. Let us know if you have any other specific questions, we’re here to help!

    last year when I was on the beach I noticed a lots of girls,and I saw they go to gym…but I was scocked even people call stomach as trouble spot,still all those girls had cut stomach but their butt wasn’t round enough or even flabby little bit.My boyfriend is Latino…and you know those men love that round big ,shaped booty.Even all those Beyonce and JLo fever girls still put way more effort into their stomach than their booty.
