How To: This exercise is performed the same way you would a normal push up, only your hands are on a higher level. This causes your body to be on an incline which helps starget your chest muscles. Place your hands on a bench or raised platform. You hands should be a little bit forward than your shoulders. Lower yourself down for one second. Be sure to get your chest all the way down to the bench. Raise yourself up, one second. Breath in on the way down and out on the way up.
