    Hi Flavia,

    Love your workout and definitely give it a try today! Just wondering, you’re not using weights here. Is that right, as you normally do use weights?

      Hi Petra,
      No weights as this is intended to be more of a high rep/cardio workout. You definitely could add weights for more intensity and to change it up every now and then!
