I CANT’T TOLERATE CUCUMBER….What else can I put in my smoothie to substitute it?
    Thanks a lot in advance!
    Blessings and regards,
    Antonio.

      Hi Antonio,
Really any vegetable you like, celery would be good! You more than likely cannot taste the cucumber in this juice recipe though. 🙂
      All the best!

I’m allergic to celery (yes celery of all things), what nutrition is in it that i can find and substitute it with, or just omit it altogether?

    • Anna says:

It would be fine to just omit the celery or you could use more cucumber, spinach, or asparagus. 🙂
      All the best!

hello, this sounds yummy, thank you for sharing, just one question, should we be substituting a meal for this? i.e. breakfast? or just between meals.
    thank you so much

    • Anna says:

      Hi Nora,
This is not to be substituted for a meal. It would be great to have about 20 minutes before breakfast or post workout 🙂
      All the best!

    Hallo,
that sounds great. I just finished a week just drinking detox juices I got from a specialized company. I liked that a lot, but I would prefer now to juice myself. I know you recommended a recipe book a while ago, but I cannot find the link. Would you be so nice and give me information about this?
Furthermore I would like to know if the recipes include information of nutrition (calories, carbs, fat, protein).
    Thanks Janet
