Ingredients
- Protein Powder
- Natural Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Mix chocolate or unflavoured protein powder into pure natural peanut butter, roll into balls, let cool in fridge then snack!
quite tasty(using the BioTrust vanilla brand), great time saver, and satiating!!!!
Studies have shown that snacking is unhealthy, meals take at least 4 hours to digest, the stomach should be able to do it’s work uninterrupted. I would love to try these wonderful recipes with my meal. Thanks.
how much of each ingredients do you use?

You can adjust the ratios depending on how big of a batch you want and how much of the protein powder vs peanut butter flavor you want. I typically do 1 scoop of protein with 1 tbs of peanut butter.
