Ingredients
  • ½ Beet
  • 1-2 Large Carrots
  • ½ Cucumber
  • Collard Greens
  • ½ Pear
  • ½ Lemon
Instructions
  1. Juice Ingredients into glass and drink. You can have this once or more a week on a weekly basis!!
Did you know the liver is responsible for metabolizing FAT?

What does that mean exactly? That means if your liver is clogged up
with medication waste, processed food and environmental toxins,
your body will not be able to break down fat to utilize it in the body,
thus pushing it into FAT STORAGE CELLS; your thighs, hips and
stomach.

    HI!! You mentioned in your email, about juicing, that you use a Vita~Mix. Do you use that all the time, or do you have a separate juicer too?

    What’s the best time of day to have the liver cleansing diet ?
    also can I use Spirulina instead of C.Greens ?

      The best time would be first thing in the morning about 20 minutes before breakfast. 🙂 Yes, spirulina is great!

    Hello again, I want to ask, I was recently diagnose with breast cancer, and its getting really hard for me to do my work out, but I like the idea of the detox juice, to help me with the side effects of the chemo therapy, how many time a week should I be drinking it, I really don’t want to stop working out, since I know this also helps me keep some strength up.

      Hey Martha,
      It is always best to ask your doctor before changing anything but as long as you get their consent you can drink it daily if you like! At least 3 times per week would be great though 🙂

    Hello,

    Tried the juice..it’s amazing. But how often should I drink it, on a daily basis, every other day? More than once a day? I am currently drinking it in the morning before breakfast very 2-3 days.

  • My partner and i still feel very last. fm is the best. You undoubtedly do need to become a member of get any kind of respectable utilize experience, yet $3 per month (you prevents any kind of time) is actually not really that much.
