Slim Down Summer Routine – One of the Best Fat Loss Workouts For Women

Do each exercise for 30 seconds with no rest in-between exercises. Rest for one minute, then repeat the circuit.

Circuit One: Push-Up, Dumbbell Shoulder Press (light weight), Burpee, Lateral Side Raise (light weight) 

Circuit Two: Chin-Up, Dumbbell Biceps Curl, Box Jump, Triceps Dip
