Belly Fat Burning Brownies

I hope you enjoy this yummy dessert perfect for Valentines Day! They aren't just regular brownies, they are Belly Fat Burning Brownies!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned and cooked black beans, rinsed and drained
- (I used Eden Organic canned black beans)
- 1 ½ large eggs
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup (about 12-14) dates, soaked for 1 hr, then chopped
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Rinse and drain the black beans well
- Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips in blender and blend until very smooth
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Pour batter into rectangular loaf pan that has been brushed with butter or olive oil and lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes, do not overcook
- Brownies are ready when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
- Cool and then cut into squares
