3 Ways To Get Motivated

1) Set One Goal – often times we try to do to many things at once and the results is a lack of energy. I am guilty of this and the most successful times in my life is when I focus on just one goal at a time.

2) Find Inspiration – for me this means studying someone who has achieved what I want to achieve. I read blogs, magazines and success stories about this person.

3) Go Public – this means letting someone know, get support and make them your accountability partner. By telling people you will be more likely to hit your goal.

    hey flavia! (it wouldnt let me email you)
    very excited to be starting your program this week!
    im just not sure about the protein shake after workouts, as it isnt included/mentioned in the post workout meal on most days, then it has a box on the success tracker for post workout drink. If you were having the meal e.g, fish, sweetpotatoe, veggies .. would you still have a protein shake , with berrries , whey and water?! thanks for your help

      Hi Belinda, Flavia recommends having a protein shake immediately post workout then your pro + carb meal 1 hour later.

        thanks Anna ! 🙂 but on one of the days the pre-workout meal is a protein shake and fruit, so not sure if you would have a protein shake after as well !
