    Hello Flavia & everyone, I know it’s Tuesday but I need any motivation I can get, I’m on my second week of fullbodylicious and gained 3 lbs 🙁 I’m kind of confused bc I follow everything to the t & don’t understand why I’ve gained, I do understand that I’ll gain muscle but I really need to slim down as well, Flavia please help by shedding some light on this for me, thanks! Chelsey

      Hey Chelsey, have you measured yourself? Take your measurements as suggested and make sure you continue to do so every week. Sometimes you don’t realize that you are losing inches and the scale reflects water shifting into your muscles. Also make sure you add in some cardio when you can and follow the meal plan as best as you can. Hope that helps!
