Sexy Shoulder Exercise For Women


Our shoulders not only make our waist appear smaller, they also help firm up the entire body. Our shoulders assist in most exercises for our chest, back, triceps and biceps. A strong set of shoulders will help prevent injuries and will assist in posture.


Shoulder Press

This exercise helps to target the front deltoids and triceps. They also activate your upper traps, rotator cuff and serratus anterior (a stabilizer muscle).
