    I’m 8 weeks pregnant… I was about to purchace curvilacious to start a new workout for the summer, I was so excited. Then I got my news (we’re super excited) but I now have not excersised in a month. I’m always tired and finding it so hard to get motivated. I get married in 3 months and would like to feel and look my radiant best! But that does not even feel like motovation enough rite now when I’m constantly nauseous. 🙁 any ideas?? Thank you!

    Hi. I’ve just found out I’m pregnant & I’m pretty out of shape. I realise it’s important for the baby (& for me) that I get some exercise done.
    Where do you suggest I start? I am overweight & out of shape 🙁

    Congratulations on the baby! I had no idea! I just had my baby 2 months ago ( it goes by so fast ) and unfortunately i havent been able to keep up with your posts. Now I’m back in the swing of things though! I am very happy for you and Vince, God bless you guys and your new bundle of joy!
